Yea but look at that 49ers defense they draft talent & athletes. Im not quite giving up on Marcus i think he will be good his second year. Dont remember if Reynolds did have a shoulder injury, maybe he did. I know Chip is a Pac 12 guy & loves the players. But he needs to quit that shyt because not all of the players are going to be good pros. We have passed on some good players these past two drafts. I agree about Watkins he is a lot like Jenkins covers like a corner but can hit like a safety too.

thats a good question bc he is kinda skinny but he thew up 225 22 times on the bench so he gotta hold that deep south power in that frail frame, i always wonder about your field vision..bc focusing on one guy or a small piece of real estate is one thing but as a safety you gotta view the entire field and be able to diagnose. They say he is smart so I guess we shall see..I have more belief in Watkins than Smith....thats for sure

Nah he has that lowkey strength. Im sure he has put on more weight since being drafted. Watkins does have a high football IQ. He knows his shyt out on the field which is why some thought he could play safety. I have equal faith in both Watkins & Smith both will be good players.
