Probably In a small minority and this could easily change but I could see Sanchez as the QB for the next few seasons and having big success with him. People forget how well regarded he was at a time and I don't think he was ever in a good situation in NY.

nah breh I'm with you. if Sanchez can string together a few good games, it's easily possible. for the reasons you said, and more. he has a lot of things working in his favor.

schedule ain't as tough as we thought it was gonna be at this time
playing for an offensive minded head coach, and not in the system rex ryan put him in

the crazy thing about it is that he looked more comfortable in chips offense right away, compared to foles all year. He was making calls at the line, stepping into the pocket. And those two picks weren't really his fault. I don't know the whole reason why he got ran outta NY, but I do know that he is a first overall pick, good playoff record with a team that wasn't that offensively great.

I agree breh, there is no hesitation when he throws the ball. Foles was never a superbowl QB, he was just so awkward out there. Tough guy though. I would be if I was him, because of all the hard hits he has taken.

Philly Legend Donovan Mcnabb may have been lukewarm on Foles being a Franchise QB. But he seems to be singing Sanchise Praise. The Eagles Legend said on Fox Sports that Sanchise will be a Better Fit for Chips offense cause of his mobility and the fact it will open up the Run Game with Shady and Sproles:

I think Donovan does a lot of this to troll the a$$hole contingent in Philly who wanted him replaced by every white back-up he ever had.

And the absolute best thing about Foles going down and Sanchez coming in is that no one is looking at Sanchez as the future franchise QB and wanting to give him multiple seasons to 'grow into" the role. Sanchez is a stop gap measure while the team looks for it's future QB in the draft.
Plus it is making them low key racists in this area's souls burn slow that their Great White Hope is not the guy anymore.

Yup. i understand people loved Djax & his speed. But like you said Maclin is a perfect fit for Chips offense. Does everything good & can beat press man. I mean he was giving Peterson that work all game. If Foles & Chip wouldnt have fukked up that win. Maclin would have been the MVP two games in a row.

Kolb, Vick, and now Foles. while I'm all for Sanchez coming through and playing well and possibly making some kind of postseason run, this does nothing for us in terms of the future of the position. Especially considering that Sanchez is only on a 1 year deal. Interesting article about the Eagles being down on Foles this year, which shouldn't come as a surprise with how he has played so far

I guess we can say this was definitely a Thread Jinx title. But now it's not looking good for Foles guys. Reports are leaking all over the place that Eagles upper management was very unhappy with Foles and plans are his contract won't be renewed next season. So regardless how Sanchise plays, looks like we drafting a QB.
