Breh if Clowney is actually playing at 290 he should just keep eating and move to end.

thats what hes listed at, Wilfork and Covington inside with Watt and Clowney off the edge cant be the worst thing in the world. they are married to that 3-4 and it hasnt brought them success in years

edit its 266, could have sworn he was heavier in camp. either way a couple looks @ classic end cant hurt

Trip and Taxman combined for some of the dumbest posting I've seen in a while itt

Actually you're probably the idiot:

While changing positions at such an advanced age is unusual for a likely future Hall of Famer, it shouldn’t be a problem. Considering how gap concepts work, the difference between a 4-3 end and a 3-4 outside backer is often miniscule. Schematically, most of Peppers’s assignments will follow the same concepts that would be his in a 4-3. The only major change will be in his mechanics of execution, as he’ll read blockers from new angles.

Clowneys biggest issue right now is he isn't healthy yet. It's not the position.

Over the past couple of years, Watt has deserved the praise that he received and I thought he should have won MVP last year. No one really watched the Texans so they really don't know the impact he was making. At one point he was the whole defense because if he didn't stop the opposing team then we was in trouble. He literally won us games by scoring game winning TDs or causing a game winning turnover and almost got us to the playoffs

i see some flashes, the one handed tackle for loss on Gore was dope. thats not an easy back to just yank down

Mercilus is useless, you barely know that dude is on the field most of the time. their safeties are terrible, Joseph is slowing down and isnt a CB1 anymore. they got problems

He was visibly limping the whole game, that facemask call was also complete bull shyt as he grabbed shoulder after making momentary contact with the helmet (legal). He had a very nice shirt tackle on Gore which was very impressive given how hard Gore is to tackle.
