JJ Watt is overrated in how he can actually win games. He is a supreme talent and a good defender.

Andrew Luck is overrated in every way.

For the good ones, like Clowney was projected to be yes it is. If Denver went to the 4-3 do you think it'd impact Miller or Ware at all?
U wrong breh, we played a 4-3 every year since Von been in the league(outside of this one) and the d coordinator had to create formations for Von in the 4-3 to be effective, we had like 3-4 coordinators and nobody tried him at lineman

And clownly is not a bust,he's give them rush and great run defense

That's what good defensive coordinators do. They find ways to let their best pass rushers rush the passer. Whether Millers an end or OLB doesn't make any difference.

Clowney looks inexperienced. By the end of the season, I believe he will be destroying plays. Watt, Clowney and Wilfork. That should be the best D-Line in the NFL.

No one thinks a sole DE can "win games." Who made up that bar???
By paying him all of the money. You are basically saying we will win with him. They should have spent that money on finding a QB.

Are you here to sell Jerseys or are you here to win games.

By paying all that money...no. No one says "DE wins games."

Then why pay him? That makes no sense. I guess you agree with the Hawks when they gave Joe Johnson 20/mil a year. Hey we aren't saying win games for us. We just like you a lot?

You pay top talent. Joe Thomas deserves money too, that don't mean he's winning them games. This isn't NBA where one top talent can take over games for you. NFL has many more moving pieces

There is paying money and then there is Watt money.
J.J. Watt signed a 6 year / $100,005,425

This conversation is ridiculous. Why on earth would you pay him all of that money. If you honestly didn't expect him to win you games? The NFL is a charity now.

So then why should he take less money? To avoid hearing you say "DE should win games"? :heh:

He got pad his market value bruh. Stop using NBA cliches to football
