Just like when Whiteside said Spo just wanted me to get rebounds and I feel he doing the same with Winslow telling him he needs to be 3 and D guy when the scouting report is out that part of his game is weak.
You see when is in the open floor on the break he looks kinda like Lebron. He is best when there is player/ball movement and with a lot of neither going on in are offense at the moment he gets exposed.
So what does Spo do let's not try and get more movement in the offense to help everyone expectly him it's just easier to bench him

Deng and Winslow are the two best cutters on this team. Wade is able to find them more than Dragic, Joe, and others, because they're so good at cutting. I know Dragic plays better when he's in control and when Wade is off the ball, but Wade CONSISTENTLY(keyword) more confident than Dragic, so it puts us in situations where Wade HAS TO, control the offense, because everyone else is either scared to take the open shot, or can't hit the open shot. Wade's literally saving us. We can't dislike the Hero Ball from Wade, if EVERYONE else can't even get past their man, or won't take the open high-percentage shot. Too many pump-fake-to-pass shots. Wade is our only offense. His hero ball is the only thing saving our season.

Winslow also has to be more aggressive and look to take it to the basket he can fall into the trap of what the team wants and will just settle for jumper. Would love to see him learn a Johnson, Wade type floater him getting a post game and bullying guys would help him a lot.

yea winslow's play was MUCH better after the all star break because of our ball movement. now our offense is back to what it looked like early in the year and justise is back to standing around doing nothing. it's seriously blowing my fukkin my mind how they've gone away from everything that helped them succeed in the 2nd half of the season.

Honest idk if it's Toronto defense or Spo is struggle with making adjustments but the team just looks so clueless/lost on the offense end it makes no sense. We are really back to struggling to score 80 again.
I think with how the game has been called has got to Dragic we haven't see any one man fast break and him not getting calls is definitely frustrating him. He should honest be the one taking over and helping Wade not Johnson
He has to forced the issue and be more aggressive when Wade is on the bench he got to step up
