Better rookie debut dunk: Winslow or Ennis?
Someone post Ennis' dunk. I dont remember it.
Winslow by far. Ennis's 'dunk' could have easily been called a charge; not sure why it wasn't.
I dont recall Ennis's but lets not kid ourselves, here; Winslow's was not really all that. It was not in transition but the hornets D wasnt yet set. Still a nice dunk, tho. I was just happy that he saw his first shot (that 3) go in and then that dunk was an adrenaline boost. THat helps a lot with confidence when you consider he struggled with his shot in the preseason
Winslow has a long way to go offensively. I'd say Josh Richardson is more ready to contribute on offense than he is at the moment. But Winslow is learning from Wade so i'm sure by next year that young man will be be ready to punish fools at the rim.
Did our all-star pg perform well ?
Dragic did what he does: Finish at the rim.
I think he's taking it easy for now since most of our offensive weapons (Bosh, Wade, and others) are contributing. There is also the fact that he is now required to play defense and that takes away some energy. Which is something he didnt have to do in PHX. I'm sure he'll rise to the challenge when called upon on offense.
He's trying on D tho. People like to sh!t on Kemba Walker but he's no easy assignment. Hes damn near as fast as John Wall and and stronger. Just not as good a player.
