I thought they were playing the Hornets again but it's just a replay. I think McRoberts can play point forward for us. He really looks to get others involved and is a good passer. He can be the first one off the bench and replace Dragic.

Amare really has a bounce to his step.

i was just watching lastnight's game on my leaguepass since i missed it. I know it's the first PRESEASON game but couple of observations:
  1. Wade looks much better with the weight off. he's not as fas as he once was but still looks better than he did the last 2 years
  2. Bosh looked okay. I expected rust. He didnt look great but he let the game come to him and took a few agressive shots. Hope that's signs of things to come
  3. Winslow's J is gonna take work but i love his energy on defense. True ball-hawk on-the-ball defender and even on the defensive glass he snatches the ball off the board.
  4. Dragic looked a bit sloppy with the ball at times. Almost looked slower than he did last year
  5. Deng looks ready to do his part on.
  6. McRoberts is gonna be fun to watch with Wade and Whiteside
I wanna see more of that backup C we have on there. UD played well on the boards but not sure he can keep that up

Tear drop under his eye. Got it when his brother died in a car wreck.
Rest in power,

I'm curious to see how he'll work out with us, no one is asking a lot so pretty much anything is a bonus,
Plus wade is like the Goat when it comes to developing on court chemistry , he and dragic might have him resurging

I'm not saying amare will be great, just that it's easy to fall off when you go from playing with Nash to playing with Felton. Now he's on a team where there are legitimately 5 or 6 players that are better than him. Couldn't be a better scenario.

I dont expect much from Amare at all. Especially not on defense. I still think Birdman is a better fit but Amare and McBob would be nice off the bench to spell Bosh and Whiteside. Halsem can still give us 10 quality minutes when we need him too.

And I'm sure Wade will make it work. Thats one of the things Wade always had over Kobe. The ability to gel with teammates.

I just want amare 12 and 5 from amare and 6 hard fouls since that D is Suspect. Green and whiteside gonna be a new lob city with drag and Mcbob dishin out those pretty passes.

Wade should be pretty good this year without having to carry the load and having enough legit back up guards like green and Rich to split minutes wit til the offs.

The top 2 options right now should be drag and bosh with wade then whiteside depending on how his game looks. Deng should get his 10-16. Overall should be pretty balanced with how we score. The offense should never get stagnant

Sucks for Ennis. When Whittington got minutes over him, you know it's the beginning of the end. I hope he saved his money. Maybe he will get a shot to play somewhere else.

Amare isn't averaging 12 points off the bench, breh :heh:.
He barely averaged that playing 24 minutes a game in NY. He's probably looking at 20 mpg or less here.
And dont get it Twisted. Wade is still the man on this team. He won't be option #1 on offense because we need him fresh but the plan is to go through Bosh and then go to Wade and Dragic when the play breaks down

Well im being generous but most bench C's are trash he should be able to get quick buckets. Of course Wade is #1 nikka but he can create his own shyt at any given time but bosh and drag need to get in rhythem so go to them 1st instead of relying on hero ball from a 33 yr old

It's a kind of small sample size but in 23 games with Dallas last year, in a similar role to what he will have this year, he averaged 10.8 ppg in 16.5 mpg. So 12 off the bench wouldn't be unreasonable.
