Bosh has only improved his three point shot since he's used it more, his season last year was when he was in the wirst offenses in the league, and pretty much every stat points to be a great three point shooter.
If Bosh shot what he was doing last year, despite dealing with injuries and a offense-less team, at a Dirk-ish rate...what is making you think it's just gonna plummet out of nowhere?
Again, Bosh's attempts this year and last year are right along the same volume as Dirk with similar shooting percentages. Obviously, Dirk is better at shooting off the dribble and creating for himself but Bosh is still hitting threes at a similar clip to a prime Dirk.
Tell me how that's a problem for the offense.
Until Bosh shows that he's unable to make that shot, I'm comfortable with his "Dirk-ish" percentage right now.
Oh, I like how you're using a single series against the Spurs as your barometer of Bosh's ability to shoot the three but 54 games just isn't good enough.
The last playoffs (2013-2014) that Bosh was in, he attempted 3.7 threes and hit it at 40% clip. Those playoff numbers are against 3 top 5 defenses (Spurs, Pacers, Bobcats) so because the best defensive team in the league made Bosh struggle for a series, he should abandon it despite the fact that he's been a pretty steady 37% to 39% shooter since 2013-2014?
Makes sense.
