The second season of Korra was pretty rough. Even the writers can admit it which is why the third season was so different. If you got a problem admitting that then that's you but everybody else knows it. If you think I'm harsh on it you should read around. I've seen people rip that season to shreds.

The Last Airbender doesn't have a bad season. In fact it gets better each season and is at its best as it ends.

2nd season was meh but so was the first season of the last airbender (i thought it was worse than meh actually) and the 1st half of the 2nd season....the 1st and 3rd seasons of LoK were better than the two good seasons of the last airbender (imo of course)

Korra on its best day doesn't hold a candle to The Last Airbender. The cast, story, pacing, everything is better in the original series. Part of it is Korra wasn't planned to be what it became, part of it is she sucks as a protagonist with all her angst and idiotic behavior and don't get me started on the all in your face teenage love affair the fans made them drop halfway into the series. The second season was a turd the villain of the first was a huge letdown. The show has all types of problems. It's not bad as a whole but it insults the original to be compared to it.

and most likely none of them have watched that series recently and realized how decent it is...the fights alone in TLA make it just a 8 and the only character i truly thought was dope was toph but after her intro she doesnt do much

Anyway op I was in the same boat, breh.Slept on it for years because the few times I would flip by it, I cast it aside as boring. Then, two years ago while watching Kai I saw those little 30 second spots of avatar and figured I peep to see what the fuss was about. And just.....

If you still on season 1 you aint seen nothin yet.

Avatar is the one series I wish I could forget entirely so I could watch it again for the first time. Don't know if you've seen Korra but if you haven't it's acceptable but nowhere near as good and you can tell that it wasn't fully planned out like Avatar was.
