shyt is kinda emasculating the first couple days cuz you only lifting the bar
The start is the toughest part. You may have to jump 10 lbs or so the first few weeks if you have been in the gym before.
I also had to do 10 reps early for awhile to avoid feeling like I was wasting time.

Mentally speaking, the start is tough because you're just lifting the bar.
You from Georgia?
and yeah I did 10 bench reps and 10 row reps.
I played high school bball but never lifted really, sohh i've got gym experience but nothing major. 6'3, 180
Yep. Born in Decatur. Grew up in the country. Back to the city for college.
If you are going 3 days a week, you add weight in a hurry. You have to tune out the jackasses that ask why you are lifting such low weight. Keep pounding our the reps/sets/days/weeks and they won't have anything to say in a month or two.
lol yeah maybe for the ego it's the toughest.
