I'm sure there's one, but one where I can actually learn. I don't know.??? Not ONE????
I'd really look into that...there HAS to be a decent gym out there....Unlike martial arts, boxing is not known to have "mcdojos", so I'm pretty sure there has to be a spot somewhere in the cut....I'm sure there's one, but one where I can actually learn. I don't know.
Bump. I am doing muay Thai, but am trying to get my footwork like Ali, any suggestions? I gotta grab a jump rope tomorrow
lol, it's not easy.i just started myself..
im not good with the drills at all
i know they think im remedial or something
but im learning technique and idea in general..
i dont know if ali should be your target being that you do kicking etc..
lol, it's not easy.
Ah the kicking, It's really over emphasized imo. Can you really quick someone who you can't punch? Not if they keep their distance. It's really a combination of philosophies, which is what makes it obtainable. Take what there is and apply it to what you have
if you're only using hands, then what are you doing fighting mt?To be honest i seen some muay thay on youtube and the kick can either be the set up to the punch or vice versa..but it gives you a clear advantage against most people who only using hands..
An unexpected kick can set up a lot
if you're only using hands, then what are you doing fighting mt?
