Do tell... In a spoiler of course.

Instead of watching the buildings go down, he pretty much claims that he's dead from shooting himself. The heaven he explains though is pretty clearly a mental institution with God being replaced by his counselor. He gets letters from Marla and says that he calls her but never talks, he hangs up when she answers (has to do with a conversation from the book that's not in the movie). The "angels" at the institution and they're actually members of Project Mayhem, waiting for Tyler to come back. So he's alive in a mental institute, surrounded by project Mayhem and you're never sure that he actually got rid of Tyler.

In Dallas, From Cleveland
Still one of my favorite movies

Just the tone of it, the way it was shot, the score.... I think it started going a lil left with the project mayhem stuff and the ending could have been a lil better but still a great movie and I watch it at least once a year. So many quotes but the one that stuck with me is.....

"The things you own, end up owning you"

:wow:

I won't say it sucked but I do think it is highly overrated. The premise is just not believable, and the whole 'we're the same person' device is just a trick to get you to watch the movie again.

See a guy punching his own lights out in a parking lot and then want to hang out with him? What?!

One of my favorite movies of all time. Cemented david fincher as a goat :smugdraper:

When the pixies-where is my mind kicks in :ohlawd:

One of the best uses of music + visuals in a scene in film history

Love the movie. Love the themes, love the acting, love Fincher and love the damn soundtrack. And love what it has to say about gen x
