The fukk am I going to do with a CD? :what:

iTunes is dope when you got an Apple TV, iPad, iPhone

:rudy: put it somewhere in your house. if something happens to your computer and you lose all your music at least you have a physical backup. not to mention in the future they could be worth something.

this whole idea of a cd being a waste of space is :mindblown: to me. if your gonna pay for it at least get the cd

So you have something to show for it, whether its the case/booklet/actual cd. Just a keepsake in general

Much better than just having more mp3 files

:wtf: Dudes really acting like they can't rip a cd to iTunes.

If I'm paying full price, I'm getting the full experience. Booklet, case, and everything. shyt just to ride to best buy or where ever, look for the cd, pay at the register, rip the plastic off, throw it in the cd player and ride out. To me that's worth 10 bucks cause it reminds of when I was a youngster ditching school to buy an album then passing the headphones around with my friends.

Only way I won't have access to these iTunes tracks at any time I want for life is if Apple, the most valuable company on earth, folds

I feel you on the physical keepsake but I'm beyond that at this point, knowing I got a cd in a box collecting dust in the closet doesn't mean much to me

I bought the physical copy of Life is Good deluxe, first thing I did was rip that on the computer and haven't touched the cd since.

But if best buy has the same shyt where they give a free shirt like the Nas album, then I'm going to regret this iTunes purchase

:whew: bruh i wanna have enough money so that i have a small walk in closet for my fukking cds or vinyl if i start collecting that shyt

i know it sounds stupid, but i'd rather envision some shyt like that for the future

i probably got 200-300 cds, though the amount i buy per year has been dwindling every year since high school. every now and then (like twice a year) me and a friend hit a used cd store and drop 30-40 bucks for 8-9 albums. the experience is worth it to me

so in closing :salute: i wish i could buy more and keep some of these artists making music, i try when i can but im tryna save more money now
