Like @Diondon said you have to try it on to see what fits you best. If you have a small wrist then you're in luck because you can pick up a 36mm vintage Day-Date for the same price as a new Datejust 41 (around 10-11k). While bigger and newer Day-Dates go for 30k.
Also like @Diondon said when you're spending that type of money make sure the dealer is legit, I wouldn't buy it from random ebay accounts. Ocwatchguy and DavidSW are well known, especially DavidSW, as legit. The Datejust II link I posted I have no clue about the guy (lawrenceb) but that Wimbledon dial is
Day-Date vintage (from 1985 and no boxes or papers)
Rolex Day Date 18038 Yellow Gold - OCWatchGuy
Datejust 41 (all come with boxes and papers and their retail price is $13,250)
Rolex 126333 Datejust 18K/SS with Champagne Stick Dial on Jubilee - David SW
Rolex 126333 Datejust 41 18K/SS with White Stick Dial on Oyster - David SW
Rolex 126333 Datejust 41 18K/SS with Black Stick Dial on Jubilee - David SW
Datejust II
FS: Rolex Datejust II 116333 Wimbledon 18k/SS.
Now it's all subjective but personally I'm not a fan of vintage two-tone DJs you posted. To me these old, small two-tones give off grandpa vibes. But then again they cost a lot less than newer ones
