Picked up this Panerai 005 over the weekend. I changed the black leather strap to beige camel hide :noah:

Congrats.

How did you decide on that one? Panerai has so many similar options it's hard to pick one.

You're right it can get a lil frustrating. I knew I wanted a Luminor Marina cause the crown guard is so dope to me.
I also wanted a second hand complication. The other complications (date, power reserve etc.) spoiled the look for me
The only thing i would change if I could was having a visible movement on the back instead of a steel case.
Good luck.

I always thought 42mm Luminor was the right size for me but when I went to the boutique a customer there convinced me that 44mm was the way to go.

Where did you buy it and how much did it cost?

Copped from Crown & Caliber for 4 stacks
Bought the official strap from Ebay for $100
44m is the perfect size IMO

You guys rock with all black everything watches ? didn't see many examples like that in this thread
I have a black on black 'stealth' Glycine Combat Sub. I posted it awhile back

Glycine Combat Sub Stealth (Hurricane Harvey Edition)

it's definitely hard to read if the lighting isn't great. the blacked out lume sucks too. the watch looks cool, but it is impractical

Just copped my Bulova Moonwatch Lunar Pilot.

Have wanted this thing for many years esp with its backstory. Astronaut David Scott took a Omega Speedmaster and this on the Apollo 15 mission.

The Omega broke (glass popped off) so he wore the Bulova and it survived the strenuous conditions of space....even a moonwalk.

Nice watch breh. I like it better than the Omega man on the moon.

Props, breh. Lowkey, one of the favorite watches in my collection is a Bulova.

I've been
full
for a long time now :francis:

I've decided on a Speedmaster Professional but I will try to either get my birth year serial number or the newest cheapest one I can find. Which will probably also take a long time :manny:

I did try this recently, it's 44mm but fit perfectly and the yellow accents on black ceramic looks :ohlawd: but it's almost 10k :unimpressed:

I made a deal for a Speedmaster Professional new version for 3k.

Maybe I could've pad less for it but it's full box and papers and not too old :manny:
