Which one to choose? All around the same price on the used market. Explorer 2 is my favorite look currently but it's also the oldest. I'm also pissed because they became popular all of the sudden with these youtube character inflating their prices. Could of bought one for around 4k a year ago but now they get sold immediately at 5k.

I know my best move would be to just wait for the market to go down because prices are ridiculous now.

Breh, I am leaning towards the Panerai. Had one, sold it, but it was a beauty.

@J. Chizzle that GShock is GW-M5610-1BJF

it is a JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) model, but you can find them online. I copped off Amazon

edit: they also make a few similar models, without solar and 'atomic time', that are cheaper and easier to find

Thanks breh i was kinda wondering if it was a regional drop. I saw the same watch in a YouTube review with a different band and was like :ohhh: are regionals differentiated by their straps?

I'm new to watches so forgive my ignorance:ehh:

they have the same watch with a metal bracelet. I think it's JDM also

Casio, Seiko, and other Japanese brands have models that are only released in Japan, but you can usually find them online

Good looks breh. How do you take care of leather straps? Cuz i sweat like a side dude caught in the closet. Do people just throw em away? Cuz I've seen expensive gatorskin straps and cant imagine brehs just tossing em in the bin :picard:

Milgauss and Explorer 2 were both gone by the time I called. I went to the store to see that black Milgauss and the z-blue Milgauss next to it looked :ohlawd: but it's 1k more than the black.

Rolex is fukking up the game by limiting the supply so now everything is going up, even Panerai second hand prices are going up.

I did see a Panerai GMT that I'm on the lookout for now.

Or if your wrist is small enough for a 36mm and you don't mind vintage fu*kery you can get a Rolex Datejust 1601 or a Tudor Day Date for around $2500. I think I remember seeing these for around $1800 a year ago :mjcry: not that I was going to get a 36mm but still :mjcry:

Where you find a Datejust for $1800 breh? And don't say ebay.

I am thinking of getting my dad a rolex for his birthday.
