Or if your wrist is small enough for a 36mm and you don't mind vintage fu*kery you can get a Rolex Datejust 1601 or a Tudor Day Date for around $2500. I think I remember seeing these for around $1800 a year ago :mjcry: not that I was going to get a 36mm but still :mjcry:

havent owned a watch in ages. Copped this for $40 a few days ago. What y'all think?:lupe:
do those three sub-dials do anything?

also weird that it has markings for a 24 GMT hand, but no GMT hand

honestly I wouldn't want such a cluttered dial if it serves no purpose

yeah them shyts do nothing, they just there for decoration. I didnt even notice the 24 GMT markings until after you mentioned them:snoop:

Im really new to this watch game so im pretty clueless. I was just lookng for a non-expesive watch that looks decent and fits most occasions to wear on the daily.

look into Timex or Casio. Seiko and Citizen also make some nice <$100 watches

you can get something quality for cheap. but that no-name shyt will probably fall apart and/or fail at some point

try shining a flashlight directly on it. or sunlight. but looking at the page for that watch it doesn't mention lume :lupe:

any regular lume is usually pretty hard to see in the middle of the night. but since your eyes are used to the dark, you can usually see something

my tritium watch always glowing though :win:

I tried using a bedside lamp on it for about a min. It works, but only the hands glow in the dark... Plus its not strong but bright enough to see

Purchased this beaut last night: Sea-gull homage

Have wanted this one for a min. The classic lines and it's simplicity.:ohlawd:

Gonna change the bracelet to a dark brown strap.:wow:

Think I'm "done" for a minute. After I sell my Tiger Concept Submariner, I will have all my "watch bases" covered.
