This. There’s even an iPhone setting where you turn off all of the privacy shyt and basically let the phone “track” you since it’s checking in and pinging all over the place. It was on by default but when people found out folks were (understandably) not thrilled. If I remember correctly it was mostly due to the Facebook app “accidentally” having a bug.
Breh if you know you are 1000% innocent fight this shyt. Why take the 1 year if the original deal got chopped down. If you have to be a bootleg PI and find out shyt about this so called homeless person then do whatever the fukk you have to. Couple of years back a cop accused me of not paying to get in the train (I didn’t do what he said) and I went all out and got my detailed bank records, signed/notarized form from my dentist saying i was there first, sent a FOIL request to the MTA to get footage of the train station. When he rolled up on me I was near the exit getting a phone signal and he said a phone couldn’t work where I said I was. I went back to that same area later at like 4am and took numerous videos of me and my phone by the entrance in question clearly showing that a phone could receive signal.
I had to go all out breh because these motherfukkas expect you to just roll over and accept whatever. If you gotta take extra time to prep for this shyt, do it. If you gotta spend that extra bread then do it. If there were any cameras around, find out who owns them. Good luck.
