Nothing exclusive about it whatever. I only got two male applicants and both of them cancelled their interviews. The rest woman. out of like 150 resumes

edit: certain restrictions? no, no educational requirements at all. Entry level work. All i asked was knowledge of Excel and Quick books. Accounting experience a plus

There is an AR department in every business. how do people pay you for what you do?

I work IT tier 2 and 3 and when a ticket sent to our queue , the department is usually listed from the end user as Accounting, Human Resources, application support, engineering, warehouse
Sometimes departments are not listed so we would have track the persons information or job title in office 365 or active directory.

So Accounts Receivable would be in or around the Accounting department where I worked

Now that I"m in a senior role, I do a lot of interviewing but I never get to see all the applicants. HR (recruiters) prescreen that long before those names reach me.

Nah... it's too late for all that. I find it funny how you post up this announcement, now you solicit applications after getting called out; when that's the same effort you could have done with the first job that you posted in the OP. Like the Coli doesn't have a job section.. it's not an "official" job search section but you could have came with that same energy over in that subsection.
