I'm not talking about the AVERAGE black person... I'm talking about the blacks that CAN. The blacks that CAN will most likely have plans on what they will be doing in Africa.

So far I'm getting that capital to start this sort of business is high so black people are a minority because of lack of capital. Something that can be solved through I guess having multiple partners.
Second I saw the organised crime angle. Or if not organised crime it's basically cartels running these businesses. Controlling the cops. I guess my only solution is partner with some of these guys..When dealing with environments were people have a monopoly on what goes on you have no choice but to play ball.
If you do succeed to start with or without my suggestions I'd say your last problem is controlling the environment or at least having deals with the police so you are not getting shut down or they help in crowd control. Also perhaps there's other things that's going into the particular club not having fukkery by making It upscale.
I don't know if black people boycott black owned clubs or make a judgement on whether they'll go to a club based on who the owner is. So I think race won't play a part there. We are strictly speaking about opening a club for fellow black people and not attempting something for white guys .
So I think your problems will likely be external. Hire a manager ( white if necessary if it has its benefits) Market and provide the same things these white owned have and I don't think any one will care if the owner is white or black. Other than perhaps police/ cartel/ monopoly.

We have had our own clubs and establishments but have chose to act a fool on these places but in white owned places we act like we have "house training"

To be fair there are lots of opportunities in Africa. The fastest growing economies in the world are on the continent. African-Americans by and large tend not to travel overseas on vacation let alone emigrate to a foreign country though.. much less to Africa that has a bad reputation in the eyes of Western media. The average American would not be able to point out a single African country on a map. That said, what would be the need to emigrate when America is considered the 'greatest country in the world' to some? Some people are content with their current circumstances, while others would be concerned to leave the safety of their immediate area in which they are familiar with. There are tons of Chinese and Indian migrants in Africa.. but people from these countries are used to living in such conditions. Ironically, it might be a culture shock to some African-Americans.

knockouts and another spot got shut down in the south suburbs due to deaths and shoot outs and both was white owned and bocces almost got shut down too but I agree with everything else.

I would recommend controlling various states or a region (southeast, perhaps) of the country first, before considering leaving.
Though I cosign that black folks should consider leaving at some point, I've come to the conclusion that the very strong majority of black folks (90% or more, imo) will not leave, even if they could.
