Just got back in from the club in Chicago....here's why nikkas are losing

So I'm working personal security at club shrine. It's a packed house full of our people, athletes and couple of other hood celebrities paying out the ass for vip and bottle service, pictures of Fela Kuti and other black icons on the walls, etc... Everybody's cool, the women are looking good, nikkas drinking and chilling but here's the catch: The owner is white as rice, there's cac cops outside yelling and talking to people like children, bartenders and management were primarily cac.

Now this isn't a dig to nikkas that want to go kick it and have fun on a Saturday night but how in the entire hell is this even possible? Could we as black people start a white themed bar / club with primarily black staff in a white area and have success? Could whites do the same with Asians or Mexicans and have success? I'm asking seriously because maybe there are other examples of this somewhere where their big spenders are cashing out spots owned by other races. Meanwhile the couple of black owned spots that do try to open up shop are closed because of regular violence or other shyt that causes them to lose their liquor license but at the white mans house we know how to act

Like I said, this isn't a dig to anyone but i see the same shyt with us in our own areas we live in. nikkas will litter and fukk up our own areas but let some blacks go live in some white areas then it's a totally different story.

How can this mentality change and what can be done about it?

Ease of access to opportunity is a major barrier in our community...

You can't look at the end product and say we failed... you have to look at the road to business ownership and acknowledge the hurdles that are designed to deny us the ability to corner any market...

@Luck I'm just clowning. I was talking about the series power. The one that's 50s. The black dude owns a club.

I do know what you mean. I think the solution is make something as high end. Do the same things the white guys do in all aspects because if no one knows whether the ownership is black or white, that means a black owner can succeed if he's below the radar.

I didn't say we failed, I said we're losing and we are our biggest hurdle when it comes to any markets in our areas. I'm looking for solutions

I call myself a nikka and it's an endearing term to me. But I, unlike yourself, do not let cacs dictate what I should and should not call me and my people. But i respect your difference of opinion on the topic breh

NONE of that will happen here. We've been here since Day One and Mexicans had equal rights 100 years before we did after losing a war to them.

In order to become truly 'equal', we have to establish our own Nation and fight them.

This would be an ideal solution but completely unrealistic breh. That being said we could learn a few things from Jews about how they live in different areas and assume power positions on top of keeping their money in their pockets. Love them or hate em, I can't knock their hustle

I think another lesson to learn from this is this. The fact that you have to be wiling to start something catering to a demographic other than yourself. For instance you may not eat Mexican food but if you can sell a ton of it you would go into that biz. Second example the white owner may not be into the scene at his own club but he's looking at bottom lines. Like I would want to start a club that's hype people dancing and shyt. Young people etc but you might find an older demographic will out spend those young ones. might not be my scene but business wise have to go that way.

So fortunately the club you are working at does well. So the demographic exists. We should be better at it than the white guys but there's certain things they may do better. Violence control, working with cops. Dress codes, music, decor. Prices etc. Those things determine demographics in a way people are not messing up where you work but will at lower end places
