Fact of the matter is nobody knows anything about history because it is liable to distortion. Only way I will believe any historical thing is if I can travel back in time and view it for myself.

The only thing I do know is that history is ALOT blacker than Europeans make it out to be

Life started with the black man but, none of the original civilizations were black. Makes NO sense when you really think about it but, when you have all the money and power, you can tell boldfaced lies and have them be considered truth.

Whites lied about Egypt starting with Black Pharoahs/Black population when there's no logical explanation for it to have been any other way. When it comes to Greece, Rome, the Middle East and other parts of Europe....I'm not too sure as I haven't done much research but, from what I've read, there were definitely a good amount of blacks in those places too. Not saying they ruled it like with Egypt but, that those places were way more multi-ethnic than white people like to admit.

See the thing that makes me not want to wade into this is that no one ever considers that these people were basically arabs or conveniently pretends they didn't exist.

I get the notion that the Nile river permits "blacks" to end up in the Nile delta, etc...but are we to pretend that these people didn't exist either?

No one ever has an "arab" origin story in all of this.

Plus, traversing the Sahara aint an easy task either.

I really think people have a problem with admitting its REALLY hard for west africans to have claims to that region of the world. At best you get Far East Africa and thats just based on my layman view of things. I never seriously considered learning too much about it. It seemed to lead to rhetorical dead ends I could never wade into.

What part of black history interests you? To start off slow and to a good start I strongly recommended Robin Walker books especially "When We Ruled." Thats a very good start.
