I'm gonna see it tonight. Very excited and I don't usually get excited for films like that.

Can someone tell me if it's worth seeing it in 3D? I hate 3D but someone said that the effects alone make it worth it for this film. Can anyone vouch for this? Or is it fine in 2D?
Well I dont know what to compare it to, but I watched it in 3D last night. Thought it enhanced the CGI.

Congratulations to ryan, chadwick and all the other brothers and sisters in the film...

And by all means enjoy the film

But why is black people acting like this some whole revolutionary thing is happening based off a 1966 comic book written by a white man

After about 3 months it's back to The same reality of internal fighting among each other and complaining and the same hood shyt in the community.

Don't say Black people, its a certain type of Black people who are looking at it as some revolutionary thing.

It was beautiful brehs :mjcry:

the room was about 90% black, i don't want to drop spoilers but it's easy top 3 black movies of all time.
When the movie credits finished rolling a lot of us stood there just staring the blank screen, some people legit crying.

Some random dude said "We gotta do better family, let's all focus on us for now on" nikkas started clapping and shyt, it was powerful :wow:
Y'all be lying...

So neg

Black people going crazy over a fictional king in a fictional country in a fictional movie made( and where 90% of the profit will go) by white people:bryan::smugdraper:

I get people are excited to see a movie with a majority black cast but I think you are expecting too much from this movie. By all means though go see it and enjoy it.

f you want to be constructive though start organizing politically with the blacks in your community and start working on their needs. It's not a quick fix but I think you will have a greater sense of fulfillment rather than a brief feel good moment at the theater.

Goddess power
"Its a comic book!" "Its a Disney comic"

Duh! Don't be intentionally obtuse. The hype is about the representation OF COURSE, or would you c00n/Cacs prefer another string of 12 Years A Slave type garbage!? ( probably do)

Anyways, catching a matinee this afternoon. May add this to my Black movie collection if the message is positive cuz I'm sick of movies showing Black people groveling and tap dancing for Massa's mercy/attention/respect. *rolls eyes* I know nothing of Black Panther or his powers/purpose so its all new to me.

NO. Disney gonna make a lot money with this, the same way music corporations made a ton of money with pro black hip-hop in the late 80's/early 90's.

This is what they do : they create an emotional bound between people and the product, then they sell a bunch merchandise.

:ehh:
