Man o man calves are feeling like. remember me, friend? Bought a new jumprope last week and did about 30 - 35 minutes with it. I was kinda tired afterwards, had a nice dinner. Everything was good.
In the morning? In the morning friends. Haw man a brothers calves were done. Im around here walking like i got soiled diapers right now. I wasnt expecting my shoulders to get such a workout either. Quads are already fairly powerful so the impact there was not that bad. I guess its different muscles but dang. I think my shoulders wanted to give before my lungs and legs.
Get a jumprope yall. When done consistently you will have some good endurance and new found strength.
Say friend, what do you recommend for jump roping? The running motion or the jumping motion?
