Man o man calves are feeling like. :krs: remember me, friend? Bought a new jumprope last week and did about 30 - 35 minutes with it. I was kinda tired afterwards, had a nice dinner. Everything was good.

In the morning? In the morning friends. :leon: Haw man a brothers calves were done. Im around here walking like i got soiled diapers right now. I wasnt expecting my shoulders to get such a workout either. Quads are already fairly powerful so the impact there was not that bad. I guess its different muscles but dang. I think my shoulders wanted to give before my lungs and legs.

Get a jumprope yall. When done consistently you will have some good endurance and new found strength.

No it's not the best, it's not really intense enough for me to be considered best. The best for me is sprint intervals on a track, or hill sprints. Just doing em feels like you're cleaning out your arteries and becoming more lean right then and there.
All out spint, slow walk back for recovery, all out sprint, repeat several times.

For cardio I started jogging stairs. My building is 12 floors and after 4-5 sets(up and down) my legs are sphagetti. The next day calves are screaming. I might buy a jump rope though.

Yet I have not tried jumping rope, it seems good. But I do swimming and running in cardio. They are also so good for health and fitness. They prevent you from obesity and joint problem. They also increase your stamina.

Yezzir. I always keep a jumprope with me when I'm at the gym. I do a min & a half jumprope in between each set
