u see how ya'll so quick to defend female rappers.
Quick to defend Eazy E.....Quick to defend Ghostface.....Quick to defend Nas.
No one gives a damn that Jay Z has openly stated numerous times that he wrote Bleeks verse on Coming Of Age....i've never once heard anyone use that against Bleek.
But with Drake the exaggeration is on one hundred.."oh Drakes legacy is tarnished and blah blah blah"
Hypocrisy, Hypocrisy. Hypocrisy.

That's cause Bleek is trash. Jay even put "Dear Summer" on that nikka album to help him sale more. I've never heard anyone say anything like that about Nas or Ghostface.

I love that Ohio Players sample. Same one MC Breed used on Ain’t No Future

I didn’t catch on til years later that the opening line was a shot at ABC. Their singles on their follow up album were alright to me. My taste changed a lot by the time they came out again in 96’, but I always really liked this one:

Nah man Brat had us like Oh shyt..Snoop had a lil sister and never told nobody?? lol Funny thing was she really didn't need no gimmick 'cause she could spit without it :wow:

Make you.wonder about this one..Some of these nikkas is so deceptive usin my style like a contraceptive I hope ya get burnt

I don’t think that one was about Da Brat, Doggystyle was recorded and released awhile before Funkdafied. But the influence (biting) was obvious. Da Brat even did that stupid little arm dance in the video that Snoop would do.

Da Brat lookalike in the opening seconds

JD has talked about how he was a B-Boy and was super sample heavy at first.

But he later moved to more keyboard sounding beats( especially for his R&B joints)

I think this may have had something to do with it.
