But compare that track to Dipset Anthem. The beat for "Rewind" is nowhere near as good as "Dipset Anthem".

Also, Juelz is nowhere as passionate on Rewind as he is on "Dipset Anthem." So over the years, Rewind has fallen to the bushes while Dipset Anthem is a rap classic.

That's the point - it's not about being super dumb or super lyrical. It's about the quality of the beat and the quality of the flow. The more quality a beat and flow is, the longer the track lasts.
