As much as people hate the boule class they do everything in their powers to keep the "nikka" element away from them. Rich Black people raise their kids in white areas and are surprised they don't marry Black. The Jack and Jill types raises their kids around other well to do Blacks and mingle them around their kids so that's who they tend to marry almost every time.
