There are already several strong definitions throughout this thread.

It examines how the law (as well as the legal system) are complicit in upholding and maintaining white supremacy. The law has been shaped by conceptions of race (as well as gender, sexuality, class), and is key to the subordination of people of color - namely Black and Indigenous people.

JJB has a child's conception of racial capitalism and subjugation - he gets when its most blatant, but beyond that the way the system works seems to completely elude him.

The problem is there is no straight definition and there is no connection to what is addressed in the thread.

When a legal regime is developed to push the most marginalized and the poorest, into a system that ends with incarceration, underclasshood, or death - and those most marginalized are the descendants of African peoples brought to this land as property - or the descendants of native groups that were slaughtered - that legal regime is built on exclusion. Excluding White from everything else. That's how racialized contract law, property law, and constitutional law are developed.
