You cacs seem to never in your life spoken to old black men... if you think jjb is a c00n just because hes more conservative to you fakkits

Facts. When a JJB talks, young buls like me shut up and listen, even when I disagree. I shut up, cause if there isn’t a JJB in the community, there is no community.

If you don’t want to become a JJB later in life, you must be a cac.

He has no idea what Critical Race Theory is.

That's really the beginning and end of it - he's talking out of his ass. His expertise is "criminal law" - but he couldn't tell you the first thing about revolutionary or critical theory, because he was a state criminal judge.

It's not his place to talk about it. :yeshrug:

Judge Joe has always been suspect :mjpls: for a long time (years) up until recently a few months ago a segment of TLR started attempting to reinvent his image but everybody who really knows Judge Joe's character knows he's a suspected “:mjpls:” type of man.
He's only said one good thing of value - and that's regarding the Martin Luther King assassination.

Everything else has been drivel more or less.
WHAT IS CRITICAL RACE THEORY?

How come no one knows what the fukk CRT is but speak on the shyt? He confusing Krenshaw, the creator of intersectionality with Derrick Bell's CRT, which is a legal theory that uses marxist critical theory to examine American legal structures and the racism embedded within those institutions. Aint got shyt to do with intersectionality and for the last time, CRT is not being taught to K-12 kids. A dishonest talking point that needs to die.
I think the ties to Marxism are a little overstated regarding critical theory - Marx's impact on sociology and economics is universal. Critical theory tends to be less root-focused. But this is overall correct.

Call a man who graduated from ucla law, became a judge and made millions on TV stupid brehs.

:gucci:
Clarence Thomas graduated from Yale Law and became a Supreme Court justice.
Thomas Sowell graduated from the University of Chicago with a Ph.D. in Economics.
Ben Carson graduated from the University of Michigan with an MD.

Just because they were adept at school, and even in some of the basic areas of their careers, doesn't absolve them of being morons.

He was a criminal court judge and later a highly-paid television show arbiter.
What precisely has he done to bolster the community exactly? :dwillhuh:
Just because he's old and successful doesn't mean his viewpoint on most things is worthwhile :gucci:
He's no W.E.B. Du Bois man

Most of the written works within CRT sounds just like this. Which is the absurdity of people proposing that it is being taught outside of high academic circles because 95% of Americans wouldn't be able to even understand the concepts or the vocabulary.

It's like conservative cacs pretending that they know what Marxism and Communism is :russ:

There are already several strong definitions throughout this thread.

It examines how the law (as well as the legal system) are complicit in upholding and maintaining white supremacy. The law has been shaped by conceptions of race (as well as gender, sexuality, class), and is key to the subordination of people of color - namely Black and Indigenous people.

JJB has a child's conception of racial capitalism and subjugation - he gets when its most blatant, but beyond that the way the system works seems to completely elude him.
