Everything he said about it being the closest to Kanye music is exactly how I felt about it as I listened to it.
I feel like Either On or Off the Drugs is born out of Peggy hanging out with Kanye. It sounds like the best of pre-808s Kanye, and it sounds nothing like anything Peggy has done before.
