If this hypothetical homeless person lacks habits to keep a damn fast food job, they’d lose the house as fast as they’d get it. Most of these people are their own worst enemies, with few exceptions.

These ”resources” are way underfunded and nonexistent in alot of places. You have to rehabilitate the homeless. It isn’t as simple as putting a spatula in their hand.

It’s estimated that we are short billions in the fight of poverty. This isn’t just a lazy person issue.

I use to give them spare change all the time, I'm talking pre 2016

now out here in the westcoast, it seems like every other person is homeless and they all want some money WTF

I ask them if they want some food instead, some of them say yes but when I come out, they are nowhere to be found, got me mad ass hell
