again, are you not processing the fact that the DA has rewritten the charges. They had very specific claims that have all basically been debunked by the lawyer and changed.

-choked with visible neck bruises
-inside the car

are now
-substantial forearm and finger pain
-choking and neck bruises completely thrown out
-he twisted her arm outside the car and pushed her into the car

lawyer also said the police coached her...so the DA completely rewrote the charges to take out the stuff the police made up.
