BS! You are making assumptions about the entire situation, based on no evidence. What is shown is that he agreed to her assessment of what he did to her. He did not mention anything about restraining her. Still, even if he needed to restrain her, restraining a person does not require you to put your hands around their neck. Which again, he admitted to doing.
So if you are running around choking women to restrain them, then you have a mental problem.
So police dont use chokeholds to restrain people
