Respectfully I disagree. He's fukked up one too many times, and driving under the influence wrecklessly as if he's not a high profile athlete who hasn't already been given second and third chances, is not a good look. Compound onto the fact that he injured a pregnant woman, and he initially fled the scene only to return and grab some cash, and then flee again.......that's fukked up. That's callous, selfish, and indefensable.

Another way to put it into perspective is, Nike dropped this dude. You have to be damn near a pedophile or a murderer for Nike to cut you off. They must have saw something long ago that made them react like that. Reebok's people are probably kicking themselves right now. Ironically I saw for the first time on Sunday a commercial featuring him for Reebok and he was running. You gotta love it. But yeah, UFC did right. Cutting him would only allow another company to pick him up and capitalize off of his fame/abilities when he rebounds. So the only other way to significantly punish him and still have him in your pocket, is strip him of the belt. It's going to kill him if Cormier wins the belt. Maybe he'll smarten up after that.
