I might try those "Hindu Pushups" though. Apparently Bruce Lee did them too and was a follower of his training routine.

That and the mace are great for core and functional strength.
UFC's LHW is all kinds of fukked up without Jon Jones though.
No disrespect to the rest of the LHWs but they're just kind of fighting to babysit the belt until Jones gets back. I don't mind the actual fights like DC vs Glover, Bader, Gustafsson etc. The only thing I can't do is acknowledge their fights as championship fights. They walk around with the belt but I'm sure even the fighters understand that Jones is the championship, they gotta go through him. Unless Jones never fights again, then its whatever. The LHW will just have to start a post-Jones era.
