Depending on the state, you’re not getting custody of your kids from the mother unless you can prove she is unfit, or she forfeits her parental rights…. Your best case scenario will be joint custody
She has bragged about not putting them on child support as if it’s a badge of honor.

I been saying for weeks that a civil war with black women is brewing. There's women who arent with the modern BS that have been completely drowned out and they're tired of it. Then you also got women who made bad choices and would like to actually acknowledge it and get past it but they can't because all the other women around them who made bad choices are committed to no accountability.
I TOLD YALL LIKE A YEAR AGO TO BE PATIENT, WOMEN WOULD START SPEAKING UP.

I told y’all. There are normal, quiet women living their lives and not living on IG. I told you when it got too crazy ladies would start speaking up.
Mother should also make an attempt to rescue her children since she is currently responsible for that. She can file to give them custody at anytime
