Why would a judge deny either of them partial custody? Why would their mom not send them to their father during a crisis? The answer to both, including if she is a raggedy bytch, falls back onto them.

If those fathers are paying child support and they can see that the mother is in a bad situation they can most certainly file to get those kids, even temporarily. That’s not on society at all.

How do we know they want or have tried to get custody? Society allows it because dudes don't step up. Htf yo kids lose their home and you aint stepping in regardless of the relationship with mom? These dudes all got bread and connects...if they wanted custody they would have it. If they wanted their kids right now they could have them.
