R. Kelly probably was the biggest one. A few big ones made it through the 90s but fizzled out in the late 90s/early 2000s. I'm thinking the likes of Teddy Riley, Keith Sweat, Jodeci (K-Ci & JoJo did their thing too).... etc.... etc.

When I think about it actually, TLC was huge up until Left-Eye's death, and all they were at the beginning was the female answer to Bell Biv DeVoe.

nah, im saying new jack swing phasing out, helped r.kelly because that style wasnt his strong point(altho he did drop some gems).

same with jodeci. their uptempo game was type weak. half of their 1st album is blah.
