Johnny Davis is looking like the worst lottery pick of the 2022 NBA Draft

Am I overreacting?

Tommy Sheppard y’all. He hates drafting athletic MFers.

Just draft nice hardworking guys.

Atleast Deni is starting and Rui can hit an open 3. :mjlol:

Johnny D handing out gatorades and warming that bench nicely
Having watched Wiz a lot. But what happened to Deni being in the Dray/Ak47 mold hype?

There were a plethora of guys they could have went with too.

Wizards should have just went BPA with that pick. No need for a project

Woulda, coulda, shoulda. With the 10th pick they missed on any first year impact studs. Might as well roll the dice for a player who could develop into a nice pull up mid-range scorer. Remember, his Freshman season at Wisconsin he struggled before exploding during his Sophomore season.. :manny:

So what’s exactly the issue with this dude?
Can’t shoot

His bully ball that made him Big 10 Player of the Year at Wisconsin won’t work against NBA athletes. He’s an average athlete.

So how’s he going to get to his spots? He can’t. Unless he becomes knockdown.

Defensively, he’s fine. He’s also a good rebounder. So there’s that.
