Wasn't feeling it, acting was flatter and didn't feel like John Wick. Will watch again. Ep.1 gets a 3/5.

You watch John Wick for the acting? :dead:

There's an argument to be made that Keanu is flat in every Wick movie. I don't tune in for the acting, I tune in to see how many different ways John can take lives :banderas:

Keanu's flat acting carried the movie well considering his character was an assassin who was established early in a limited speaking role.
The extra dialogue in this series made the flat acting stand out like it wouldn't in the John Wick series. It was flatter by comparison.
Yes, I watch John Wick for the acting because it involves... acting. Steven Segal would have been a horrible choice for John Wick.
Dialogue is secondary in the series, now it feels primary and the acting is suffering. Oh, and some of the lines felt forced.

Just finished watching the last episode, a lot of action to close out the series.

Mel Gibson went fully unhinged :skip:

Overall I think the series could have benefited more from embracing the wackiness of the assassin world. Best fights involved the twin assassins. Still would have enjoyed more creative/stylish fight choreography, but coming close to the movies is a tall task.

Series did have better music than I expected.
