fukk sakes...40+ mil per season that team will be floating in that 8-10th seed spot for years :scust:
Quite possibly the worse contract in team sports.

Since he'll be missing 41 games for sure, insurance is going to be covering 80% of his salary for 2019-20. Wizards have applied for an injured player exception worth the MLE around $9M. Don't know if they'll use it if its granted.

So in reality, the Wizards ain't paying the full sticker price of 4 years $170M due to the injury. And the Wizards now have limited cash on the books besides Beal/Wall and the rookie contracts going forward. It's not a TERRIBLE situation. But it requires an innovative front office that can make use of the new found flexibility to get pieces on the wing and at the 4 to turn this thing around.

Well they are playing and have shorter contracts now...I'd take either of them over wall right now...just because if walls injury and his max just kicked in.

Wiggins is terrible. Just terrible.

Wall on one leg is a better player. At least Wall has heart and passion.
