John Kerry is just lashing out ecause he was made to look like an ass by his boss. Obama had Kerry on every channel on the dial talking like Billy Bad Ass and then decides he wants approval from Congress so then he sends Kerry back out to these same shows where Kerry now has to contort himself to make it sound like he was down with going to Congress all along.
