Ehh.... the valuation of teams back then was a lot less, we're talking two TV contracts ago. I would have brought in simply because there were only 30 teams at the time and the opportunity to own one is rare.

It's wild no matter how you look at it that he didn't take the deal especially knowing now how much money he could've made BUT football wasn't poppin nearly like it is now so it's not like he just outright rejected 100s is millions of dollars.
