No? Then why did have to rely on 2 of the most beloved legends in the history of the sport to turn Punk heel? Because they know there isn't anyone on the current roster including the "top face" for the last decade that would get people to actually boo Punk and not the other guy. And Punk has attacked Cena and feuded with him over the past two years. There was never any issue with Punk getting cheered over Cena or not being able to establish him as a heel.
