No. They didn't. Zack Ryder's character wasn't sustainable in the WWE. He was going to lose heat regardless. What got him over in the first place wasn't translated to the programming. They actually used Cena in an attempt to extend Ryder's shelf life, which is stupid given Cena's 'unique" reactions. Plus they booked him poorly. By the middle of the storyline his heat was done. And surprise surprise Cena was still getting his half and half reactions.

This shyt is like saying Austin was using Bradshaw to get heat during their short lived alliance fighting the NWO. One is not even in the same league as the other. And both dropped down to near jobber status when their heat died.

Come harder guys. Give me another example.

Hold on he's wearing Cancer support colors at the PPV tonight? Does that mean he WINS? Is it really that fukking obvious?

Not necessarily but all signs point to it. I think it really depends on who they want to face the Rock in January. If Cena is winning the belt its tonight with the blow off being HIAC. I guess they can set up Punk vs Rock for wrestlemania from there.

Like who? Zack Ryder? :laff:

Daniel Bryan? :russ:

Sheamus? :deadrose:

Punk? :gladbron:

Correct. And yes it's absurd the lengths they have to go to, as well as pathetic.

Hell, they had to rely on 2 of the most beloved legends in the history of the sport to turn Punk heel, because they know there isn't anyone on the current roster including the "top face" for the last decade that would get people to actually boo Punk and not the other guy.

The path to WM kind of becomes clear tonight depending on who wins. We'll pretty much know who Rock faces at Mania.

Now you're saying the boss doesn't care if his top star gets booed in his hometown or not? The same one who is known for altering reactions in his favor and confiscating anti-Cena signs in the past?:stopitslime:

When has the WWE ever altered Cena's reaction? And there are tons of anti Cena signs at every show. Cena has gotten booed out of the building in his home town and several others. There's been several times Cena has turned the crowd in his favor but they never duplicate it consistently. If they cared that much he'd be cheered already. Or turned heel.

Vince probably likes that reaction because it takes him back to the glory shades of gray days during the Attitude era.

Once again, come harder. Come smarter. Give me a lengthy and consistent period of time they tried to manipulate Cena's crowd reaction.

Punk isn't some guy like Austin where you literally have to force people to boo. :russ:

They weren't cheering Punk over Cena. He wasn't getting any reaction at all beating on Jerry Lawler and putting the crowd to sleep with his rambling promos. The shyt got hot after the Heyman assisted attack and John Cena's promo.

And are you forgetting that Punk and Cena have been feuding off and on for almost two years. So please don't act like people outside of Chicago won't be able to accept Punk as a heel against Cena.

And I'm still waiting for you to provide examples of how Cena leeched heat off Bryan, Sheamus, and Ryder.

The Cena hate is becoming pathetic at this point.

Its not really hate at least not from me. Its more or less me accusing Vince. And a bit of trolling. But mostly accusing Vince. I don't think ill ever take it to burying people and conspiracy theories without some truth. Kicking up hornets nests are fun though. It kinda proves that nikkas will cape Cena as much as nikkas will cape the Rock and so on.

Ultimately remember nobody is mad.... I hope... :heh:

Doesn't matter what happens tonight, The Rock is still CLEARLY winning the title at RR and defending it against whoever loses tonight's match at Mania

That's pretty much a given. I'd bet my screen name on that.
