It’s no where near as good no doubt. And I may have misspoken cuz I fogot Denzel curry put out a dope project, he may be my fave southern project this year

Zipcodes! 
This didn’t do much for me, and I absolutely loved 1999. Probably would’ve enjoyed this one way more had it wasn’t portrayed as a sequel to that classic. Felt like most of the beats here were samey, despite sounding smooth as hell. Saddened to see Freddie Joachim not featured here. Statik did his thing on the production, as did Kirk on “Zipcodes”, but there’s something missing here. I think it’s the rawness for me.
It’s not like I hate it. It’s definitely a feel good listen, but nothing is sticking out for me to revisit on the regular. Glad other folks are enjoying it though.

This is how a hip hop album is supposed to sound, Kendricks shyt cant compare to this at all.
IMO the album could have done without the chick tracks, they were the only weak ones, feels like they were added just to tick the chick box.
The beats though ... sounds like some IWW/badboy shyt.
Joey dont get enough flowers as the top MC of our era ... Cole comes off mad corny and generic in comparison and Kendrick is always on some complete other shyt.

This album just keeps growing on me. Keep finding a new song to obsess over.
