Its basically her speaking on the importance of making that change, and how her approach holds hospitals accountable. Its how patents work. You cannot patent an idea just the execution of it. Biden needs to use Warren’s execution not Kamala’s 30 million dollar “teach them to be better” bill. The problem deserves more than 30 million dollars its at its core a black lives matter issue and needs a on going requirement to work.
