Whats the strategy for combating these Trump ads?

I'm no political consultant but there are plenty of ways to help put him in a good light.

Put him in town halls where he's actually performed well. Sit down interviews. Get him in situations where he's vulnerable about his past and highlight his ability to mediate conflict.

Bernie fans seem more convinced than anyone else(even Trump supporters) that Biden is a lock to lose for whatever reason they've cooked up in their heads. I don't think anyone on either Trump's or Biden's campaign is worried all that much about attack ads or debates. They know both candidates are extremely flawed.

Campaign managers main job is to keep them from fukking up. Trump, in my opinion, is in more trouble than people think if coronavirus takes off and put a huge dent in the US economy. He's vulnerable on more than a few fronts.

Win at all costs
Yup.

I hate that its come to this. I hope 2024 pushes the reset button again. But until then, put up the guy who can be a figurehead that get the most votes and back him 100% no matter what. The Republicans took it to the very extreme now the Democrats have to play catch up. I hope it works.

Biden with the 45 comeback, it’s time to go ahead and wrap this election up.

Honestly, Trump is a gaffe machine himself. If he wants to make ads about Biden’s mental capacity, the Biden campaign can hit him right back. They have plenty of material to work with.
