Racist white people look at Black people like they look at pets or livestock.

That doesn't mean they are cruel towards us at all times. Look at a farmer. The lamb or whatever thinks the farmer is their parent. The farmer might bottle feed them as a baby. Give them a name. Feed them. Keep them warm. Then one day they take them behind the barn and shoot them in the face. They even attempt to kill the animal in the nicest way possible.

Nevertheless, they cook and eat them.

Same with Black people. If they think you're a "good one" they might be very kind toward you. But when it comes down to it you're just an object. If you serve their purpose they deal with you. If you happen to be in their way they will mow you down without a care.
